We have chosen Cheap and Reaped Recession

We have done all this to ourselves.   Create big machines and robots that replace workers and you get unemployment.   We have chosen cheap and reaped the rewards.  You get what you pay for you know!

Where is the wisdom?  The common sense?

The only hope is to now choose local and small.  Use what we have to meet the need - get value that will last.  Do just the opposite Big Government and Big Business want us to do.

Tripoli and Madison and Cairo???

OK, You spoiled rich kids can protest and “fight for your rights” = you can do that here.  Do you have to be so NOISY?   Can you be more informed?

But anyone who thinks what the people in Madison are doing is IN ANY WAY COMPARABLE to the demonstrations in the Middle East – you should be totally ashamed of your ignorance.

When you travel to developing countries and see how most of the people in this world live day to day, There is no Comparison.
They have no money, no benefits, no rights to speak of – and they are truly risking their lives and livelihoods right now.

We are so rich and spoiled and grossly wasteful and unappreciative and arrogant - here in Wisconsin and the U.S.A.

It is too bad that all the energy in Madison is not doing anything positive.   Globalization keeps happening here in Wisconsin and unless that is understood and incorporated into the solution – everyone has totally missed the point.

If this effort and energy was focused on rebuilding our economy instead of tearing everyone down – miracles could happen right now.

All people are doing in Madison is trying to hold onto the riches we had before we exported our jobs and money overseas.   Too Late!

We need to look at what resources we have right here and use them to meet our local and regional needs.
We need to stop buying cheap imported stuff at the big box store – for our “convenience” and exporting our money and jobs.

No Politician or Media will voice this – they are controlled by the big Corporations.

Big Corporations and Big Government - you should Freak Out!

The Big Powers Are Fighting to Maintain Their Dominance Today – they should be freaking out!
The government is controlled by the big corporations – they will never really help the little people.
The Media is controlled by the big corporations – they will never really care about the little people.
All they care about is money and power.

Globalization is not going well for us here See the Trends!

A simple change is needed to fix things as best they can be fixed.
All we have to do is look at the resources we have and use them to meet our needs.
All we have to do is buy local as possible.

We have to do this ourselves  Let’s Us Average People  Stimulate Our Economy - Starting Right Now!
Stop exporting our jobs and $$    Keep  our Money and Jobs local

We can fix the economy immediately by choosing to buy as local as possible from companies as small as possible

Buy value with the big picture in mind.

This needs to be a mass effort – all the little people need to band together to deal with the big powers.

Everyone is just going crazy here

None of this will fix the problem.  Everyone is angry and hurting and hopeless.  It is all just emotion.

What we need is a solution, some hope for all of our future.

To get there we need to understand how we got here.

In Wisconsin and the U.S. we have been blessed with abundant resources.   We are spoiled and unappreciative.
Travel the world and see how the vast majority of people live on earth today.

We have chosen to buy cheap imported stuff at the big box store for our convenience and instant gratification.

We have exported our jobs and our money, and now face the results.  We are all responsible.

We need to rebuild our local economy with smarter buying choices.  We need to keep our $$ and jobs in the local economy.

We need to use what we have and fill the needs of our communities.

We must be willing to work a real job – focus our energy – be smart about our future.

Government and schools must provide excellent services so taxpayers choose to pay – whatever the fair cost might be.

Crying and fighting like spoiled brats will not get us anywhere.

Spoiled and Fat

We are all in this together, but I believe the union people today in Madison are acting like spoiled brats!
Globalization has changed the world’s economy.  Don’t try to keep living with your head in the sand.
As a businessman, I’m now competing with others around the world.  My income is way down, but my costs keep going up – especially my health insurance!
Public workers had it good when the U.S. economy was booming.   Now that the economy is suffering, everyone has to work together and accept a lower standard of living.
Claiming they are under unfair attack is childish, selfish, and over-emotional.  Look at the big picture and get over it!.
Government is in financial crisis because the majority of us choose convenience and buy cheap imported stuff at the big box stores.  We have all chosen to export our jobs and our money, now we are facing the results.  Thinking that a union can maintain an old way of life in a new global marketplace is out of touch with reality.

We cannot pay artificially high wages to public employees and continue to furnish the lavish benefit packages of the past.

We need immediate action and results.  Union workers need to stop playing the victim and be part of the solution.

As a business owner, government regulations and taxes are an extreme burden.  We are buried in multiple layers of laws and ordinances – enforced by hordes of poorly trained & supervised beaurocrats all just thinking about protecting their own jobs.  Incompetent government services and waste are seen every day – frustrating people that have to do excellent work for their customers – or you don’t get paid.   No Sympathy from me!

Some government services are good and needed and others not so much.  We elected Scott Walker and other republicans to make some changes – he is taking action!

Now the Media reports a representative is saying the Madison protests are the same as the protests in Egypt.  Get Real.  Egyptian people make a few dollars a day.  Union workers make way more than their fair share in today’s global marketplace.  So Spoiled and Fat.
And the Senate Democrats are not showing up to work to avoid a vote….
Sad day in Wisconsin!

Everybody is acting stupid – we should be working together to build back up our local economy – not tear each other apart.

Brokaw and Letterman - the Regime don't get it

Brokaw on Letterman talks about how all the revolutions of the past haven't made it.
These old guys like the regimes don't understand what is really happening....
Things have changed and change is now possible!

You Should Freak Out

You Should Freak Out

“They all better be freaking out!”  Wael Ghonim   Feb 13, 2011
A free news media got this one right – spotlighting this hero and his message.

People are really angry right now – after decades and centuries of repression.

The small people can take the power now – in many many ways  The Internet is the Greatest Equalizer - Ever

Politics is in the news, but there is a greater revolution needed

The economy and jobs is the really big underlying issue and just as prone to a new coup.

Buyer’s revolution – buy smart to gain your freedom and get back your wealth.
Our daily purchasing decisions are the largest force in the world.
We vote for our future with every single purchase we make – each vote truly counts and has an immediate effect.

Don’t be fooled, don’t accept being dominated – Our culture has become captive to convenience.  This is not sustainable!

People all want their freedom and rights   “Resistance”  “Revolution”  are being voiced all over – Let us Act Together.

People all want peace   People all want Love
Disruptive insurgents need to be seen and eliminated.   We need to learn to act smart.  discriminating

Every Single Person Counts today –
Every single person has a chance – if they can get online gives them a better chance
Every single vote counts in this opportunity to choose our future

This is how we can change our world – instant global communication.
We need to concentrate – focus on the common purpose and weed out the few insurgents that incite violence.
We need a focused message – a common purpose – a mission

Leaders should use this opportunity of the internet to listen and learn and keep up to date with the people.

Most Big Powers are out of touch and won’t pay attention.   Small people need to join together in a common purpose.

Instant Global Communication shows us we are all the same - really
